1. Cave Painting – the most ancient medium being stone it is the oldest form of canvas known to mankind.
2. Ancient Rainforest Tree – Using the grain and texture from fallen trees to mould and carve the female form .
3. Fire – a mesmerizing creation, fire renews nature and helps to create warmth and survival.
4. Natural Element Sand – Visualizing the beach where the ocean water moves back and forth on the shoreline, in the sand is the form of human shape.
5. Ice – frozen in time, ice is as old as any element on earth, it’s ability is used by all of us
6. Nature – mother nature houses all of us it is what sustains life for all of us
7. Stone – Sculptured stone Figures, solid stone is hard but it is shaped by elements of water, wind and man. It seems to be invincible but it can break and crack showing its vulnerable just like all elements it has its weakness.
8. Stone – a woman turned to stone during an ancient eruption of a volcano, erosion reveals the figure of her body. the decaying stone deforms as it ages over 1000’s of years.
9. Water – flowing and carving finds its way through the earth. It gives a sense of peace as it flows, rises and falls over the landscape. It is mostly tranquil but can turn into a raging torrent of destruction.
10. Plants – the connection from air to soil, it is a life source for oxygen, roots run like veins in our body and feed us sustaining life.
11. Wood – the grain and texture from fallen trees mold and carve the forms to become sculptures.
12. Ocean – at the edge of land, ocean is the boundary that separates cultures, it draws us to explore.
13. Body Landscape – rolling sand leading you to an imaginary landscape.
14. Identity – A portrait of contradiction, the beauty is not gender specific creating debates on the subject is from a point of view.
