Our History
Genre Photography, The Photography Studio, The International Photographer
Daniel Bunce was the founder of Genre Photography and The Photography Studio in 2011 followed by The International Photographer in 2020. The studios were located in Australia in the city of Brisbane the original location was a home studio that moved into the Redlands and set up the first commercial studio space in The Red Place later The Photography Studio was established at Ipswich Rd in Woolloongabba.
The business was originally location based so we could bring our studio to the client, our experience, professional equipment and qualifications assured products and images were of the highest quality.
After Some International photography opportunities came along, Daniel visited New York then China and Hong Kong to explore culture and photograph the people and places that few people get to visit. Upon returning to Australia the studio was relocated to Mount Gravatt East where Daniel worked with international students as a teacher and mentor.
Daniel enjoyed using life experiences to understand and connect with clients during planning and being photographed. Daniel developed his expertise as a photographer with years of studies, professional training and numerous photo shoots. In perspective this means Daniel really understood how to capture essence and meaning in images.
Daniel understands it is the utmost importance that the journey you take with photography is meaningful; as your time is valuable.
